Privacy
In effect from May 2026.
The short version
- We collect a hardware ID derived from your second PC. We need it to bind your licence.
- We collect the email or Discord ID you bought with. We need it to find you when you ask for support.
- We never see your screen, your game, your inputs, or what Reflex detects. None of that leaves your machine.
- We don’t sell anything to anyone and we don’t run ads.
What we collect, and why
- Hardware ID (HWID)
- A one-way hash of identifiers from the PC running the loader. It is generated locally and sent on activation so we can enforce one-licence-per-machine. We cannot reverse it to see the underlying serial numbers.
- Account contact
- Whatever you used to buy: email, Discord ID, or both. We use it to issue your key, answer support, and reach you when something breaks.
- Payment metadata
- Our payment processor handles your card or wallet directly; we never see card numbers. From them we receive: country, currency, last four digits, processor transaction ID, and the timestamp. We keep this only for tax and chargeback records.
- API request logs
- Our licence API records the request IP, route, and timestamp for 7 days for abuse detection and debugging, then drops them. Traffic to the API and to build downloads is proxied through Cloudflare; any data Cloudflare retains as part of that proxying is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy, not ours.
- Discord
- If you join the Discord, that is governed by Discord’s own privacy policy. We see what any server admin sees: your username, your roles, messages in our channels. We don’t pull anything via the API.
What we don’t collect
- Screen captures. Frames are processed on your second PC and discarded.
- Mouse and keyboard input.
- Game identifiers, lobby IDs, match data, or any in-game telemetry.
- Detection events. We do not know what Reflex detects, when, or how often.
- Browser cookies on this website beyond what your browser stores for navigation. We don’t run analytics scripts and we don’t embed third-party trackers.
Who else touches your data
The list is short and we don’t add to it casually:
- Our payment processor. Charges your card and tells us the transaction succeeded.
- Cloudflare. Proxies our API and build downloads.
- Discord. If you choose to join, your activity there is theirs.
We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms. If law enforcement serves us with a valid order, we comply with the narrowest reading of the order.
How long we keep things
- HWID and licence records: kept indefinitely so we can honour the same licence across reinstalls and reactivations, unless you ask us to delete them.
- Payment metadata: 7 years, because tax authorities make us.
- Download logs: 7 days.
- Support conversations on Discord: until you ask us to clear them, or until the channel is purged.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to: show you what we have on you, correct anything wrong, delete what we’re not legally required to keep. Reach us on Discord and we’ll act within 30 days.
Changes
We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever something changes, so check back occasionally to stay informed. Continuing to use Reflex after a change means you accept the new version.
