What you’re buying

A licence, issued as a key bound to your hardware, that permits use of the software for the period covered by your payment.

What you can’t do with it

• Resell, sublicence, lend, or share your key. One key, one person.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or unpack the loader, runtime, or models.
• Bypass the licence check, the heartbeat, or any anti-tamper measure.
• Re-host the binaries anywhere. Distribution comes from us.

The honest part about risk

Reflex runs on a second machine and never installs anything on your gaming PC. That design decision is not a guarantee of anything. We do not promise it is undetectable. We do not promise any game’s terms of service permit its use. We do not promise it will work tomorrow if a game changes its anti-cheat. We are not a party to your relationship with any game publisher or platform.

If your account is suspended, banned, fined, hardware-banned, or the game patches around us, that is a cost you accepted when you bought a licence. We will not refund you for it, dispute it on your behalf, or replace accounts.

Refunds

A free 12-hour trial is offered before purchase so you can confirm Reflex installs, runs, and behaves as expected on your hardware before you pay. By completing a purchase you accept that the trial was the time to evaluate fit, and that post-purchase dissatisfaction with features, performance, hardware compatibility, or game support is not grounds for a refund.

Sales are final once the loader has been issued or the key has been delivered, whichever comes first. We will consider a refund only if:

• You haven’t consumed any of the paid time and contact us within 24 hours of payment, or
• Reflex itself is down for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure and you have not used it during your billing period.

Outside those two cases the answer is no. “Got banned”, “changed my mind”, “game updated”, “my second PC died”, “a friend told me to”, “it’s not what I expected”. None of those qualify. Chargebacks made without contacting us first are treated as fraud, and the licence is terminated.

A refund may be considered at our sole and absolute discretion only in exceptional circumstances where we have explicitly agreed to do so in writing. No verbal agreement or informal communication constitutes a binding commitment to issue a refund.

We can stop your licence

We can suspend or revoke a licence at any time if we believe it has been shared, leaked, used to attack our infrastructure, used to threaten or harass other users, or obtained through fraud. We do not owe you advance notice and we do not owe you a refund.

What we don’t guarantee

Reflex is provided as-is. We do not warrant any particular frame rate, accuracy, compatibility, uptime, undetectability, or fitness for any specific purpose. The software might have bugs. The detector might miss targets. A game patch might brick it for a week. Plan accordingly.

Limit of what you can claim from us

Whatever happens, the most we can ever be made to pay you is what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are never liable for lost accounts, lost cosmetics, lost MMR, lost time, lost income, hardware damage, or any indirect or consequential loss. If your jurisdiction does not allow this kind of limit, then we are liable only to the smallest extent it does allow.

Where this is governed

These terms are read under the law of the seller of record on your receipt. If a single clause here is unenforceable wherever you live, the rest of the document keeps working.

By completing a purchase you accept this as a commercial agreement and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, waive any statutory consumer protections that would otherwise modify or override these terms. Where such protections cannot be waived by agreement, they apply only to the minimum extent your jurisdiction requires.

Changes

We update this page from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in effect when you next launch the software, so check back occasionally to stay informed. If you don’t agree with a new version, stop using Reflex. That is your remedy.
