These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Reflex software ("Software"). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. License

Upon purchase you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or transfer your licence to any other person.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Share, redistribute, or resell your access credentials or licence to any third party.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, licence enforcement, or authentication mechanism in the Software.

3. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your hardware or software environment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by any game, platform, or service.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Any legal consequences, proceedings, or regulatory actions arising from your use of the Software.
• Hardware damage or system instability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

5. Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Software is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. We accept no responsibility for any legal consequences, fines, bans, or penalties that result from your use of the Software.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Inability to use the Software on your hardware or operating system.
• Account bans or penalties in any game or platform.
• Dissatisfaction with features or performance.
• Failure to read or understand these Terms prior to purchase.

A refund may be considered at our sole and absolute discretion only in exceptional circumstances where we have explicitly agreed to do so in writing. No verbal agreement or informal communication constitutes a binding commitment to issue a refund.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your licence at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination you must immediately cease all use of the Software. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
